Senior Team Lead - Research Curation

Responsibilities: · Operational Excellence: o Supervise day-to-day operations of the Research Curation Team, focusing on improving performance and productivity. o Identify and address process gaps, and devise innovative solutions for improvement. o Develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs for continuous advancement. · People Management: o Oversee hiring, training, and development of team members, in collaboration with Learning and Development. o Maintain regular updates on policies and procedures. o Manage attendance and leaves, ensuring full coverage, while also addressing non-compliance. o Lead workforce planning and attrition management. · Team Leadership: o Manage team leads, motivating and guiding them to deliver customer-centric services. o Establish and implement performance improvement plans as needed. · Client Management: o Drive initiatives to enhance CSAT and service quality. o Handle escalated issues and client concerns efficiently. o Ensure timely report delivery and promote open communication with clients. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required.2+ years in management and leadership roles.Strong skills in people and performance management, project management, and data analysis.Excellent written and oral English communication skills.Proactive, self-starter, results-oriented, and customer-focused.Flexibility to conform to tight deadlines and adapt to changing processes.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently.Proficiency in spreadsheet data manipulation and internet use.Flexibility with work schedule, willingness to work in Pasay office once a week or daily during client visits.Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.Track record of urgency and getting things done.
