Senior Team Lead - Collections Account

Deliver Account receivable, Trial balance and close or journal entry deliverables including but not limited to:
Participate in planning and forecasting exercise with onshore and business associatesCreate financial reports on costs and allocations and perform analysis on various cuts for presentation to management and business groupsIdentify and implement improvements in formats and templates used for reporting and analysisEnsure that all SLAs are met, measured and reported to the clients on agreed frequencyRun the governance with clients and maintain action logs to record, track and close the issuesAct as first escalation point of contact for all service delivery related mattersConduct team meetings, collect information on people issues and implement actions to address them.Review of deliverables on defined parameters.Continuous process improvements to create capacities.Build, own and improve internal controls in the processesQualifications we seek in you!
At least High School Diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience handling collection account (AR/AP/B2B/B2C) in BPO settingAt least 3+ years supervisory experience (required)Reporting Act (FCRA), or US Collections backgroundExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to identify problems, organize, collect, and analyze data and make recommendations for improvementAmenable to work onsite (TAGUIG)
