We are an Outsourcing company that connects top Filipino rockstar talents with global opportunities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and help us build a strong workforce that drives our mission forward.

We're looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to help expand our team of rockstars.

This is a full-time role, with a morning/mid-shift schedule and a Work-in-Office (WIO) position.

Qualifications: With Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any degree with relevant experience At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Outsourcing/Offshoring, or BPO industries. Proven track record in managing multiple recruitment projects and filling roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media and job boards. Detail-oriented, organized, and highly proactive in driving recruitment initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Post job advertisements across multiple platforms to source and pool qualified candidates (headhunting experience is a plus). Conduct initial interviews and accurately profile candidates for various open positions. Collect preliminary background check documents from potential hires. Support the onboarding process for new team members to ensure a smooth transition. Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker/database to monitor communication and candidate progress. Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers are consistently updated to reflect any candidate status changes. Assist in various recruitment-related tasks and initiatives as needed. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
