Senior Staff Specialist Line Planning

Manage Production Scheduling based on Product Structure, Equipment Efficiency, Material Supply and Efficiency, Resource Planning and Structural Volume requirement to meet the demand with optimizing Quantity, Quality and CostIn your new role you will:Work with Planner to ensure production scheduling and demand alignment to fulfill the active capacity.Set min/max WIP target by processes and generate report to access/manage Line / Package Range Performance.Follow up ramp-up, migration/ transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved.Scheduling the number of equipment and resource required base on Line/Package Demand.Drive Cost Improvement Activities in Direct/Indirect Material ConsumptionReview, respond engineering machine booking and equipment release for ES,PM and other Projects related activities.
