In your new role you will: Manage the Internal Control System (ICS) activities for dedicated processes globally by defining and updating the risks, controls and test cases together with the global process owners and control performers.
Assigned process focus will not be limited on finance & accounting processes only but also covers operational processes (e.g.
R&D,manufacturing, HR, Sales,...) Conversion of regulations and rules in the businesses processes and internal control system.
Standardise Controls Perform Test of Design for internal controls Perform Test of Operating Effectiveness for internal controls Train, support process owners and controls owners regarding InternalControl activities Perform and support global Internal Control projects You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal controls, risk management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of global regulations, industry standards, and internal control frameworks.
Proven ability to manage complex processes and collaborate with diverse teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with process integration and the implementation of regulatory requirements.
