Senior Staff Specialist Internal Controls

In your new role you will:Manage the Internal Control System (ICS) activities for dedicated processes globally by defining and updating the risks, controls and test cases together with the global process owners and control performers.Assigned process focus will not be limited on finance & accounting processes only but also covers operational processes ( R&D,manufacturing, HR, Sales,...) Conversion of regulations and rules in the businesses processes and internal control system.Standardise ControlsPerform Test of Design for internal controlsPerform Test of Operating Effectiveness for internal controlsTrain, support process owners and controls owners regarding InternalControl activitiesPerform and support global Internal Control projectsYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in internal controls, risk management, or a related field.Strong understanding of global regulations, industry standards, and internal control frameworks.Proven ability to manage complex processes and collaborate with diverse teams.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with process integration and the implementation of regulatory requirements.3 positions availableBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
