Senior Staff Specialist Facility Management

Responsible for IFMY FM infrastructure project site control managementIn your new role you will:Act as team lead for site project supervisors, and to work/coordinate with other project engineers towards project work quality, risks assessment and site control.Lead overall daily site project activities risk assessment with site supervisors and project engineer, and continuously review and improve site control procedure and complianceEnsure accurate and timely overall site project control reporting as defined by direct superior/manager Infrastructure system Acceptance & Testing Knowledge (testing &commissioning, buy-off, change management, etc.).You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field.Min. 5-7 years related experience in facilities management/services/engineering.8D methodology mindset which cover all root cause analysis tools, 7QC tools and also Decision Making.Familiar with relevant legal requirements especially related to construction site requirement.BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
