In your new role you will:Act as the driver of Package Technology DFMEA.Act as the owner of Risk Interaction assessment and mitigation work packages.Responsible for the integration of unit processes (BOM and Process) in package platform - Risk assessment, study interactions with other processes and process flow.Act as the working partner for FE in FE/BE interaction and integration topics.Support pre-development for new chip technology.Act as the driver/team member for 8D/problem-solving for interaction issues.Accountable for the assessment of the impact of design rules on inter-process interaction.Provide technical guidance/assistance when needed in the projects related to interaction topics.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Physics)At least 10 years of working experience in an IC/semiconductor/PCB/SMT environment.Knowledge of Semiconductor Packaging, Assembly, and Testing.Knowledge of passive components materials and SMT processes.Good aptitude for communication, collaboration, negotiation, and solution-finding.Experience in FE/BE and BE/BE interaction.Experience in 8D & T6s methodology.DFMEA/PFMEA knowledge.Knowledge of Internal Package analysis/ first-level reliability.Knowledge of DOE & comparative method.BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
