In your new role you will: Lead the yield improvement activities of responsible module packages on day-to-day basis as advocate in back-end products and drive back-end yield. Main interface to UPE, E2E PE, BU PRM and IE for yield topic goes by package platform. Responsible for yield plan/target/forecast setting proposal Support Yield Management by driving performance deliverables for responsible module/packages mainly back-end yield and quality which ultimately contribute to department and Melaka site targets. Responsible for end-to-end (pre-assembly to final test) yield and ensuring quality compliance Drive yield detractor/Cost of Yield to identify potential along the value chain for improvement & determine focus. Accountable for back-end yield break down and assigning improvement topics to respective experts(e.g. PA, Assy, Test) and request measures for yield improvement. Setup and maintain yield roadmap, monitoring of yield improvement measures/projects and its efficiency and effectiveness. Regular yield reporting and lead yield review meetings within operation, across segment and with Business Units for responsible module packages. Responsible for performance management by setting effective indicators, monitoring and driving improvement. Conduct periodical review to ensure continuity of activities, achievement of short term and long range objectives of the organization for responsible module packages. Responsible for governance of yield systematic and implement methods to enhance yield management process of responsible module packages. You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Physics/MaterialScience/Chemistry/Semiconductor Technology). More than 7 years of working experience in Semiconductor Industry with minimum 3 years in driving yield projects Project Management certification will be added advantage. Excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills and able to interact with all levels of personnel. Strong data analytical thought and problem solving knowledge Effective presentation skills In depth knowledge in semiconductor BE assembly and test process Knowledge of front-end, development and quality systematic and tools Good aptitude in leadership.
