Senior Staff Engineer Maintenance Molding

Responsible to develop a robust process and continuously drive improvement in yield and quality to meet KPI.In your new role you will:Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available.Spare parts management on usage, budget control.
and work on cost reductions.Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach.Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents.Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)More than 5 years of relevant working experiencesLead & Manage Maintenance Engineers & Maintenance TechnicianDevelop and realize process & maintenance concepts.Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.Solve & sustain production issues in a systematic and hands-on approachBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
