Responsible to manage Equipment Discrete IPTESTERS on tester Improvement, planned maintenance and competency of Technicians to ensure all the tester safe to operate with high availability, good reliability &appropriate quality performance and hence to ensure KPI Defined Fulfilled.In your new role you will:Responsible for IPTESTERS maintenance systematic and activities in order to achieve best equipment efficiencyTroubleshoots and diagnoses major equipment problems. Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtimeImplement and executing tester improvement topics to improve Over Rejection LRR.Support new package ramp up and platform extension, Example: Relocation,T32 and ERB releaseEstablish/enhance setup and troubleshooting guide to ensure testers have reliable machine uptime, gather all the learning and sharing to technician to built technician competency and awarenessDrive Technicians with knowledge sharing on testers to less tester breakdown issues to support productionYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferredMore than 5 years of experience in maintenance/equipment engineeringExperience in ETS88/IPTest tester platform will be added advantageAble to collaborate with cross functionsPossess good analytical skills & problem solving skillsExperience in 8D methodology, FMEA/MFMEA requiredBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
