Job Description As a Business Analyst with expertise in Retail and CPG, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and re-designing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. Defining quantifiable metrics to measure the effectiveness of new or updated processes, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Creating backlogs and assisting in requirement prioritization, overseeing implementation, testing, and release processes. Utilizing approaches, tools, and techniques for documenting requirement specifications and use cases, ensuring clarity and feasibility for stakeholder signoff. Conducting primary and secondary research to validate requirements, identifying assumptions and dependencies. Leading efforts to define project scope and facilitating decision-making processes when multiple options exist. Designing and executing structured solution strategies for global teams to address complex business challenges. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Retail or CPG industry, preferably in South Asia. Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to tackle wicked problems and design innovative solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Bahasa (Indonesian). Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus on project requirements and deliverables.
