Job Description In your new role you will: Overseeing OSAT supply chain operations Enabling shipping lane for new OSAT subcon Organizing and managing transportation - Transportation DeliveryPerformance Management Transportation Quality Management Integration Project Management Analyzing and optimizing OSAT logistical procedures Support relevant data and analysis to the operations team throughout the supply chain Facilitate inbound & outbound shipping activities between subcons & distribution Centre(s) activities Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments (Transportation freight forwarder/ 3rd partyManagement) Supports custom compliance, import & export control topic (e.g.ensure accurate, ECCN, Harmonized System Description & Country of Originon subcons shipments) Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity Addressing and resolving shipment issues Answering customer queries and ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards Making special shipping arrangements as necessary Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Supply Chain/ Logistics with minimum 5 years of Logistics & Freight forwarder management Structured and accurate working behavior Diligent with high standard and work quality Good communication & time management skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proactive and meticulous In depth knowledge on Customs Regulations and processing trade,especially on bonded logistics Foreign language skill (Japanese) will be added advantage Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
