In your new role you will: Operational support for Global Production Data Warehousing (GPDWH).
Operational support for Data Integration and Virtualization Environment (DIVE) Platform based on Denodo.
Responsible for setup and configuration of authorization concept in DIVE, server monitoring, failure analysis, scheduler job change, query execution analysis.
Support the platform team in the deployment process .
Support in documentation and written procedures for routine and non-routine tasks.
Able to work on AP & EU business hours whenever necessary.
Able to support outside of office hours for critical issue and project.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant course.
Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle and know-how in MS SQL Database.
Understanding of ETL technique, data modelling, and performance optimization.
Experienced in data warehousing projects is an added advantage.
Good analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong in service support operations & experienced in ticketing tracking systems.
Familiar with business processes in the Semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Good communication skills and a proactive team player.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
