Job Description In your new role you will: Support CVM planning team for planning and monitoring of lab resources and capacity, and investment based on demand forecasting submitted by requestor Perform typical equipment/tester capacity check to verify themachine/tester utilization.
Align with lab engineers to verify machine capacity.
Perform HC simulation and regular update for the Monthly/initialHeadcount list based on the headcount plan and headcount movement.
Support to Perform regular Rolling Forecast based on forecast horizon defined; align with Client on forecast essential and confirmation of demand/contingent corridor.
Support to Prepare Service Bundle yearly based on forecast demand gathered and defined contingent corridor, cost charging for respective project lines.
Support to Perform typical/ad-hoc F1, K1 verification based on actual effort conducted per operation.
Support to Verify machine going rate regularly and effort conducted interm of ATT vs ETT.
Provide basic training and coaching to new operation staff or CVM stafffor Lab Planning topics.
Strong cooperation with internal customer as well as with execution and engineering staff.
Performs any other related duties as assigned by the superior.
Proactively participates and support to identify of improvement potentials and continuous improvement / forecast accuracy within local planning team.
Proactively share Best Practice within the local team.
Perform on Asset Listing and material planning Attend training, to develop relevant knowledge and skills, and to bridge competency gap.

Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics,Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent)/AppliedScience or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) Minimum 5 years of working experience with min 3 years related experience in Semiconductor ComponentVerification/Validation and/or Device Testing is preferred experiencein semiconductor Component verification/Validation and/or device testmethodology and planning/ IT knowhow will be an added Advantage) Knowledge in reliability reference standards, JEDEC/AEC and its requirement.
Knowledge on PC softskills, data processing and Statistical Data analysis Knowledge in demand forecasting, resource and capacity planning skills.
Knowledge on departmental processes / key performance indicators.
Knowledge in Machine Capacity, and Cycle time Knowledge & experience in departmental effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
Good communication skills with internal and external group of personnel.
Ability to give and follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
Good interpersonal and basic management skills.
