We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. Requirements Responsibilities: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of DataCenter Modernization, Private Cloud, and Hybrid Cloud solution domains, including HPE products and solutions, as well as understanding customers' technical and business environments.
Translate functional views into technical views and architect complex solutions, ensuring joint business success.
Collaborate with the account team to nurture customer relationships at all levels, advocating technical strategies for Datacenter modernization, Private, and Hybrid Cloud transformation.
Review account pipelines to prioritize pursuit activities, ensuring efficient utilization of time and resources to move opportunities towards closure.
Act as a solution evangelist for Datacenter modernization, Private, and Hybrid Cloud domains, enhancing proposed solutions with market intelligence and thought leadership.
Utilize deep knowledge of partner products to match the appropriate partner with solution opportunities based on competencies and go-to-market strengths.
Conduct workshops, assessments, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and pilot test beds across presales and delivery phases.
Foster formal networks for collaboration and best practice sharing, mentoring and guiding new solution architects in conceptual designs and technical depictions essential for solution development.
Stay abreast of industry developments for specific domains by attending conferences, industry events, and monitoring social media, potentially contributing to industry developments using these methods.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field from a reputable university.
9-12 years of experience in the technology industry with a focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
Knowledge and Skills: Expert technical understanding of Datacenter modernization, Private, and Hybrid Cloud solution sets, along with knowledge of leading-edge and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience with software-defined infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions from industry vendors such as VMWare, Nutanix, Red Hat, Microsoft, SUSE, etc.
Prior experience with software-defined storage solutions and/or software-defined network solutions is advantageous.
Expert knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and strategies within the assigned solution set.
Strong project management skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including appropriate due diligence.
Mastery over written and verbal communication in English and local languages.
Experience in participating in solution configurations, overall architecture design, and the creation of PoCs to meet customer requirements.
Completion of knowledge-based and experienced-based industry certifications.
Expertise in consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, whiteboarding, and storytelling.
Advanced knowledge of different types of partners and products relevant to the assigned solution set, understanding the company's regional 'Go-to-Market' strategy.
Familiarity with company business and technical tools, standard CRM systems, and tools.
Advanced experience with social media, blogging, and related information-sharing technologies.
