Senior Solution Architect

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture and software engineering, preferably in
the oil & gas industry.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects. Technical Skills - Expertise in
designing and implementing data architectures, including data modeling, database design, and ETL processes.
- Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of industry-specific data standards and
practices in the oil & gas sector. Leadership and Communication Skills
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additional Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in data architecture is
desirable.
