Job Description Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, efficient, and secure software solutions within the digital banking landscape.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to deliver seamless software solutions.Implement Agile methodologies, actively participating in stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives to ensure on-time delivery.Optimize code performance, conduct peer reviews, and adhere to secure software development best practices.Integrate applications with banking platforms and third-party services, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust security.Offer technical mentorship to junior team members and support continuous improvement in development practices. The Successful Applicant Holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (a master's or MBA is a plus).Has 7+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in senior-level roles, ideally in banking or fintech.Demonstrates proficiency in object-oriented programming, secure software development, and Agile methodologies.Brings advanced knowledge in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, as well as cloud platforms and containerization tools like AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.Proficient in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD practices, with a background in cloud-agnostic development.Certifications in Java, secure software lifecycle (CSSLP), and cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure) are highly desirable.
