Senior Software Developer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and coaching
2. Design and develop robust and scalable software solutions using C#, .NET, PHP, Mendix(a plus), Java, PHP, and SQL scripting
3. Collaborate with Development portfolio Managers
4. Drive software architecture decisions and ensure adherence to best practices
5. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
6. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
7. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
8. Implement and maintain version control processes and tools.
9. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
10. Act as a technical leader, setting high standards for code quality and development processes
11. Assist in the analysis of user requirements and translate hem into technical specifications



QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related course
2. 5+ years of professional software development experience
3. Programming Languages: .Net, C#, PHP, Java PHP
4. Low Code Programming Platform: Mendix (is a plus)
5. Database Scripting: MS SQL, Oracle SQL, Postgres SQL
6. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
