Scrum Framework Facilitation: Leads and facilitates Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.Ensures that Agile principles, Scrum rules, and best practices are comprehended and adhered to by the team.Facilitates PI planning and other SAFe/Scrum/Agile-related activities. Team Empowerment: Empowers the development team to self-organize, make decisions, and assume ownership and accountability.Identifies and removes impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress. Product Backlog Management: Management: Collaborates with the Product Owner to groom and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it's well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.Ensures the team has a clear understanding of the product vision and objectives. Continuous Improvement: Cultivates a culture of continuous improvement within the team through retrospectives and by facilitating discussions on enhancing processes and productivity.Implements and experiments with Agile and Scrum best practices.Work with the Product Managers in improving the enterprise-wide hybrid project management framework. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitates effective communication between the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress, changes, and priorities.Encourages collaboration both within and outside the team to maximize value delivery. Metrics and Reporting: Tracks and reports essential Agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance, providing visibility into project progress.Utilizes data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance. Conflict Resolution:
• Addresses conflicts and issues within the team promptly, fostering a positive and constructive working environment.
Training and Coaching:
• Provides coaching and guidance on Agile practices to team members and stakeholders who may be new to the framework.
