We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic support team. The successful candidate will also be involved in various project works as required. The role demands a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and an ability to work closely with business stakeholders and the development team to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions With Salesforce Certifications ( Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) Proven experience in requirement gathering and obtaining business sign-off. Experience in designing high-level and low-level solution documents. Proficiency in using MS Visio, Lucid Charts and Figma for architecture and prototype design. Ability to estimate requirements and timelines effectively. Experience in advising development teams and reviewing code for custom application development projects Experience in guiding support teams for maintaining Salesforce applications as part of BAU Nice to Have:
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce development and maintenance What will you do?
Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications as part of BAU (business as usual) activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Guide the support team in maintaining and optimizing Salesforce applications. Project Work: Participate in requirement gathering meetings to finalize and obtain sign-off from business stakeholders. Design high-level and low-level solution design documents based on business requirements. Use tools such as MS Visio, Lucid Charts and Figma to create architecture designs and prototypes for proposed solutions. Provide estimates for requirements and timelines to deliver solutions. Advise the development team during the build phase of custom application development projects. Review code to ensure it adheres to design standards and best practices.
