Responsibilities:
Serve as a Senior System Administrator for the Salesforce environment with 100+ users, ensuring optimal system performance, scalability, and adaptability across the team.
Design and build complex Salesforce flows and automation processes, leveraging best practices to streamline business operations and enhance user productivity.
Work with Lightning Web Components (LWC), adapting and customizing components to meet specific business needs and improving user interfaces and experiences.
Review and make minor code changes, ensuring seamless integration and functionality, while collaborating with developers for more complex coding needs.
Handle all advanced administrative functions, including but not limited to: user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, data management, and other routine tasks.
Manage all support requests and users' administrative needs, providing advanced training and guidance as necessary to enhance user adoption and efficiency.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades, ensuring system integrity and compliance with the latest Salesforce releases.
Identify and implement opportunities for application optimization, integration, redesign, or development, with a keen focus on incorporating AI into the roadmap.
Maintain system security, including advanced sharing rules, security levels, and data protection protocols.
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including Salesforce policies, procedures, and customizations.
Lead and document ongoing Salesforce customization and integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Make strategic recommendations to management and clients regarding implementations and system enhancements as appropriate.
Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, staying up-to-date on the latest features, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Design, implement, and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, including telephony and custom-built solutions.
Senior Salesforce Administrator Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a proven track record in complex flow design and automation.
Advanced Salesforce certifications required, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively lead training sessions, document processes, and support users at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of system security, data integrity, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior administrators and other team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce's latest features, best practices, and industry trends, with a continuous improvement mindset.
