Role Overview The Senior Sales Support Lead is a pivotal figure within our sales department, bridging various departments and ensuring the flawless execution of comprehensive sales strategies. This senior-level position requires an individual with substantial strategic insight, advanced end-to-end sales expertise, and the capacity to efficiently support both inbound and outbound sales operations.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Sales Management: Masterfully manage inbound leads, initiating discovery calls to deeply understand potential clients' needs. Hands on experience with RFP & RFQ's.Strategic Sales Proposals: Collaborate closely with different departments within Eastvantage to craft customized, strategic, and persuasive sales proposals that are in line with our overarching sales strategy and tailored to the specific requirements of each inquiry.Pricing Strategy Development: Identify and implement appropriate pricing strategies for each proposal, in coordination with relevant teams.Sales Documentation Oversight: Organize and maintain an up-to-date repository of sales collateral, contract templates, and pricing templates, ensuring their availability for the sales team.CRM System Management: Ensure meticulous documentation of all sales-related activities in the CRM system (Active Campaign), upholding data integrity and accessibility.Team Leadership and Support: Offer comprehensive support to the sales team, enhancing their ability to prepare proposals and secure deals effectively.Cross-Departmental Liaison: Act as the primary communicator with other departments, securing necessary information before sales and conveying important insights before and after sales transactions.Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports on sales activities, highlighting successes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic insights. Qualifications A minimum of 8-10 plus years of relevant senior-level experience in end-to-end sales roles, with a preference for candidates with experience in the BPO industry.Demonstrated strategic acumen in sales and marketing processes, with a proven track record of developing customized, impactful sales proposals.Exceptional sales capabilities and the ability to translate Eastvantage's value propositions into compelling, effective sales strategies that convert leads into contracts.Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Active Campaign.Superior communication and organizational skills, capable of effectively operating in an international environment and accommodating international client time zones.A results-driven leader who takes full accountability for their actions and promotes a positive, collaborative team environment.Prior experience in sales-related roles within a BPO company is highly desired.Demonstrable capability to work collaboratively, enhancing team success while providing support and encouragement to colleagues.
