Senior Sales Officer

Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities: Building and maintaining long-term relations with customersAddressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisionsCoaching and guiding of Junior O & M Sales and Marketing OfficersMaintaining an accurate and detailed record of all O & M accounts both existing and prospectiveMaintain O & M monitoring database including contract expiryMonitor and convert Design and Build projects undergoing commissioning into O & M contractsPreparing and maintaining regular sales reports including but not limited to project pipelines and forecastMeeting assigned sales targets for O & MCollaborating with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activitiesParticipation in Exhibits, Product presentations and Road showsResearching current market trends and making a note of customer requirementsReviewing competitor product offeringsMaking cold calls to attract potential customersConvert non ESTII design and build plants to O & M contractsCustomizing O & M proposals to fit client requirementsImplementing the prescribed sales strategies to close O & M accountsDevelop specific sales and marketing strategies relevant to his accountsReferring customer requests and complaints to the relevant departmentsClose coordination with internal stakeholders re; Project status and customer needsConduct regular touch base meetings with clients together with process O & M
