Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.Required Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or any related course.Must have at at least 5-10 years experience in bankingStrong understanding of banking products, services, and market dynamics.Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Passed the Treasury Certification ProgramWith SEC license as Fixed Income Sales PersonAdditional Notes:This position will be working with a leading private universal bank in the Philippines.Working Set-up: OnsiteMondays to Fridays.Complete details will provide by our Recruiters.Job OverviewOffered Salary150000Experience5-10 years
