The Role The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by targeting multiple accounts, managing sales cycles, from identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities for our SaaS solutions and mentoring junior sales team members. Reporting to Business Development Manager, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the SaaS industry, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to navigate and influence senior-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management and Prospecting: Identify, target, and engage various accounts through strategic prospecting and relationship-building activities.Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and achieve revenue goals.Sales Cycles: Manage and lead sales cycles from initial contact to close, including product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract discussions.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development.Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and outcomes.· Perform other job related tasks that may be assigned by his/her superiors from time to time.
Ideal Profile Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing sales cycles.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or Engineering Course or a related field is preferredSkills:Deep understanding of SaaS products and the technology landscape.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong presentation and negotiation skillsLeadership qualities and experience mentoring or managing a sales team.Ability to write reports and technical proposalo Willing to do field work when needed
