Job Description: We're looking for a Senior Risk & Control Analyst (L6) to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you will be providing support in the effective management of Operational Risks. This position supports the Risk team in the implementation and execution of an effective risk governance and management program, and with overseeing operational risk mitigation activities. Key Responsibilities: Monitor business incidents, conduct investigations, recommend remediation plans, and report findings.
Support the Operations team with audits, coordinate walkthroughs, review documents, and ensure timely responses to audit activities and queries.
Assist the onshore Risk team with risk-related reports.
Perform key control testing on significant risks, report findings, recommend remediation plans, and oversee the implementation of action plans.
Assist in executing risk initiatives to improve processes and controls.
Qualifications: University degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance. CPA/CIA/ASCI certifications are a plus.
2+ years of experience in internal/external audit or risk management.
Familiarity with the Asset and Wealth Management industries or Custodian Banks is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
