RIPECONCEPTS, INC.Is currently looking for:SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that the product meets the highest standards in techMaintain and optimize our QA process and standards to ensure higher quality and faster releasesEnsure that our QA process is constantly evolving to meet the changing demands of development and ensuring best practiceEnsure that our data integrations are correctly implemented and events are sent correctlyWork cross-functionally to align engineering, product, and design on quality standards and timeline expectationsWork cross-functionally to define definition-of-done requirements, test specifications, and test plans prior to developmentReport QA updates up, down, and all around to teammates (managers, reports, peers)Create Test specifications prior to developmentCreate definition-of-done prior to developmentCreate & manage test plans for all releasesCreate& manage bugs in JiraWork with team to remove blockers or obstacles to releasing faster and higher qualityUnderstand the ins and outs of our product and identify gaps in automated test coverageBe an advocate for testability, drive best engineering practices, and defect preventionQualifications5+ years of experience working at a high-growth company building QA processes4+ years of experience working with web & mobile content subscription productsExperience working with Agile processesExpert user of Jira & Confluence for software development life cycle processesExperience using Testrail or similar QA management toolsExperience working with the engineering team to build automated testing checks in CI/CD pipelinesExperience creating and implementing Test strategies for product development with its corresponding policies, actions, and goalsExperience in reporting back results with quality reports to team and leadershipExperience creating and managing bug backlogsAmenable to work 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Mondays - Fridays
