The Senior Manager, Quality Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within our clinical accounts. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of QA experience in the healthcare industry, focusing on continuous improvement, compliance, and excellence in service delivery. This role will involve leading a team of quality analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes tailored to healthcare accounts to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.Conduct regular audits and assessments of healthcare processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Analyze performance metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Collaborate with operational teams to establish quality standards and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Design and deliver training programs on quality standards and procedures for team members and stakeholders.Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address quality issues and enhance service delivery.Prepare and present reports on quality performance, compliance, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.7 to 10 years of quality assurance experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in a BPO environment.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards (e.g., HIPAA, HEDIS).Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Benefits: HMO on Day 1Employee Life Insurance on Day 1Annual Performance Appraisal25 Leave Credits
