Functions:Design and execute test plans on software applications and computer systemsRecord and document results and compare to expected resultsDetect software failures so that defects may be discovered and correctedDocument issues and maintain them in an issues logWork with infra team to setup and operate test environmentsWork with development team to properly plan for code (and code fixes) migration against the progress of test activitiesAnalyze project requirementsPerform a product risk assessment based on requirementsIdentify and analyze risksEstablish test strategy and complex test approachPlan for staffing and capacity planning Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in test planning and test designSupervisory/managerial role experienceExperience in both manual and automation testingExposure to different software testing methodologiesAdvanced knowledge of the software development life cycleStrong planning and organizational skillsAdvanced written and verbal communication skills
