Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of product quality improvement through comprehensive testing activities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various team members, including developers, business analysts, vendors, and operations, to ensure the success of our products.
ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough testing to identify product quality improvement opportunities.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, vendors, and operations teams to ensure product excellence.Automate functional, regression, and performance acceptance tests. Enhance end-to-end automated test coverage.Actively participate in sprint planning sessions. Work closely with the Scrum team to analyse requirements and provide relevant test recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve the automation framework and test infrastructure.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Employee Recognition and RewardsPerformance Bonus, Employee Recognition Program
