Senior Project Manager (Must Be Pmp-Certified) - Hybrid

Key Duties and Responsibilities Delivers defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of qualityAligns project with overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans. Prioritizes tasks and resolves issues/conflictsGoverns and resolves risks and issues that impact project delivery across different content disciplines (SW development, SW Testing, Infrastructure)Responsible for the overall project communication plan and manages relationships with project stakeholdersMaintain & improve the standard approach for Agile ProjectsCoordinate and manage expectations of the clientManage resources and team to be able to deliver to client expectationsAttend client meetings and briefsMinimum Qualifications Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related courseMust have at least 6 years of experience in Project ManagementMust be PMP-certifiedKnowledgeable in Agile and Scrum methodologiesKnowledgeable in the Software Development Life CycleKnowledge or experience in business or system analysis is an advantageExperience communicating ideas to both technical and non-technical audiencesGood verbal and written communication skills in EnglishCan write/format/proofread documentation, create presentations, oversee meetingsStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesMotivated, self-directed, and results-orientedWorks well under pressure and with minimal supervisionMust be willing to report to the office at least once a week
