What You'll Do:
Manage, lead, and deliver target project outcomes (from conceptualization to benefits realization) through the appropriate delivery framework (plan-driven, agile or hybrid)Ensure project activities and deliverables are in compliance with IT best practices and standardsEnsure that risks and issues are reported, managed, tracked and closed using project management best practices.Manage change through appropriate change management methods and skills (e.g., influencing, negotiation)Translate to team members on how the outcome and/or benefits of the project is connected to the strategy.Create and sustain a strong and effective relationship with stakeholders; engaging them to drive execution.Create and execute the right communication approach for stakeholders and project team members. Communication should be clear, timely and disciplined. This includes report of the projects status, issues, risks and way forward.Drive and coach project team members on the appropriate use of project and program management tools. Focus on what is pragmatic and apt for the situation.Lead the creation of documents required for leadership and/or the enterprise. For example business cases, project charters, executive presentations, plan of actions.What You Need To Have
At least 7 years of professional experience, preferably in IT (Sr PM)Proven track record in managing end-to-end IT project implementations.Working knowledge of various project delivery frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma etc.)Strong stakeholder management skills; can tailor communication to all levels in the organization.Excellent verbal communication (Filipino and English).Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skillsAble to understand "personas" and think like a customerFamiliar with business management concepts (e.g., operations, sales, finance, marketing, HR)Self-driven, resilient and comfortable with set-backsComfortable with experimentingWhat Can Set You Apart
