Responsibilities: Provide inputs and directly manage strategic and operational projects supporting the Company Transformation and Change Program across all project phases.Lead the implementation of change initiatives, working closely with the Group Change and Transformation Team to develop change strategies and plans.Drive execution of change initiatives by engaging key stakeholders across the organization.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and change management methodologies, processes, and tools.Develop and report on the status of transformation programs and projects, managing delivery to agreed time, budget, scope, and quality.Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring ongoing alignment and management of change activities.Provide leadership, mentorship, and talent management to the project team to build capabilities and deliver superior business outcomes.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.10+ years relevant experience in project management.LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT OR GREENBELT CERTIFICATION IS A MUST.Working experience in a consulting, captive offshore operations environment preferred.Ability to manage projects applying standard project management methodologies and disciplines (e.g., Project Management Institute, Prince2, or Agile).Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and comfortable dealing with all levels of management.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Adaptable to change and able to work in a highly dynamic environment.Strong relationship, influencing, and negotiation skills.Strong ability to facilitate outcomes within the business using influencing and negotiation skills.Strong stakeholder management skills.Resilient, self-driven & emotionally intelligent.
