Qualifications & experience Graduate of Engineering (Civil).
With at least 3 or 5 years of relevant experience in project/construction related works.
Licensed Civil Engineer (Preferred).
Tasks & responsibilities Conduct comprehensive surveys and site assessments for project areas.Oversee various phases and activities of the project, ensuring adherence to schedules, plans, and specifications.Regularly monitor and document the progress of each project and its associated activities.Monitors the effective management and allocation of resources, including materials, supplies, equipment, and personnel, to optimize project efficiency.Works with team members, foremen, warehouse staff, and team leaders to keep accurate records and ensure smooth site operations.Handles incidents according to company standards, reports them to supervisors, and documents them properly.Communicates with clients, local government units, and stakeholders as needed.Oversees final project tasks such as testing, commissioning, and making necessary fixes.Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new software applications.Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations.Benefits Company Christmas Gift
