Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Senior Project Coordinator (3D Architectural Visualisation) who can work with us full-time and on-site!
Where??? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As a Senior Project Coordinator (3D Architectural Visualisation), you be assisting the team of 3D Visualisers in a variety of architecture and creative visualisation projects. Responsible for the seamless flow of projects from plans received to final output. Including reviewing all architectural information and CAD files/models, briefing, quality control and client liaising.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Oversee and coordinate 3D architectural visualization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met. Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and milestones. Manage project schedules, assign tasks to 3D artists and visualizers, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate communication between clients and the production team, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring seamless project execution. Ensure technical and aesthetic excellence in all 3D visualizations, animations, and VR presentations. Review deliverables for quality assurance, ensuring they meet both client specifications and company standards. Problem-solve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, adapting to changes and finding creative solutions. Mentor and support junior coordinators and team members, fostering growth and development within the team. We would need you to be or have the following: Minimum of 3 years previous experience in architecture/architectural 3D visualisation. Background in architecture and proficiency in related programs such as Revit, Autocad preferred Technical understanding and knowledge of photorealistic still/ animation renders, including experience with programs such as 3DSMax and Corona.
