QualificationsWhat you needYou bring over 5 years of experience in Product/UX design and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field.You are proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects.You have excellent English communication skills and can effectively present and defend your ideas.You are resourceful, creative, and confident in solving complex design challenges independently, and managing the entire design process with support.You are committed to continuously learning to stay current with the latest design trends.You work well in a team, value diverse perspectives and are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.You actively mentor junior and mid-level designers while promoting a collaborative design culture.It would be a real bonus if:You have experience implementing Human Interface Guidelines in your projects.You are skilled in cross-platform design.Please send us your CV along with your portfolio of design projects and deliverables.
