We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. As a Senior Product Manager at Voltex, you will drive the strategy and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve our products. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches. Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry. Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the electrical or related industry. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
