Senior Procurement Analyst

Location: Pasig (Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week)
Schedule: Dayshift

Qualifications:
• Proven background (~5 years experience) in sourcing and procurement with a track record of savings
• Experience with Coupa, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical; can collect, analyse, interpret and present data effectively.
• Commercial negotiation and stakeholder management experience
• Contract negotiation experience

Responsibilities
• Drive strategic sourcing using client's sourcing platform Coupa
• Analyse historic spend data, create commercial models and analyse and present bid data
• Create negotiation strategies and leverage to gain the best possible deal outcome
• Iterate on sourcing activities to drive process and outcome improvement
• Work with and influence stakeholders to ensure buy-in
• Research market when required to understand supplier leverage and procurement opportunity.
