QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in Operations specializing in Finance / AccountingShould have prior experience in handling payment disputes and fraudulent transactionsShould have prior experience in handling refunds and other billing issues like bank reversalsWill handle day-to-day Payment Operations task, especially escalation emails/texts, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - OUTBOUND CALLSResolve payment/billing/account verification escalated cases in a timely mannerGenerate reports for Payment Operations
