Preferred Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred Work Experience
Prefer previous customer service/call center experience
Prefer 1-3 years experience with medical coding, medical billing, eligibility (hospital or government, or other pertinent medical experience

Competencies & Skills
Strong PC skills with a typing speed of 30-40 words per minute
Effective teamwork and communication skills with coworkers, patients, and external agencies
Consistent display of professionalism and courtesy
Self-motivated and capable of staying focused with minimal supervision
Exhibits initiative and creativity in carrying out job duties
Exceptional organizational abilities
Proficient at prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work setting
Reliable in task execution and follow-up
