Senior Order Management Analyst

Nezda Technologies Inc. is hiring Senior Order Management Analyst.

Salary: Up to P45,000!

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Must have experience in end-to-end order fulfillment process (from Receipt of Purchase Order, SAP Encoding of Orders, Stocks Availability/Inventory Monitoring, Monitoring of Products in Transit, and On Time and In Full Delivery) managing goods. Must have experience in closely collaborating with different cross functional teams (supply chain, sales team, logistics, etc.) to ensure on time and in full delivery of goods. Must have at least 1 year experience managing direct reports. Preferably as a Team Lead. Must have very strong verbal and written English Communication skills. Must have strong exposure/understanding of Stocks Availability and Shelf-Life management. Must be amenable to work in a Hybrid Setup and on a Night Shift schedule. Open to Contract Based Job. Job Description: Order Management. Manage end to end order to invoice cycle of assigned accounts including checking of credit, inventory status, delivery schedules. Manage the delivery of KPIs --> order entry, container utilization, On time Delivery, Case Fill Rate, Shelf Life. Lead investigation and issue resolution on order-related issues. Coordinate with key stakeholders and service providers to address immediate issues and put in place corrective actions. Closely coordinate with warehouse, planners, supply chain and commercial teams to request feedback and support needed to execute orders.
