Senior Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our healthcare team in a BPO company deployment setting. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the healthcare needs of our employees, promoting wellness initiatives, and ensuring high standards of medical care within the company. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and supervision to a team of nurses and healthcare professionals. Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees, ensuring compliance with company health policies and procedures. Manage and respond to medical emergencies and incidents effectively. Develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives. Coordinate with external healthcare providers and agencies as needed. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Educate and train employees on health and safety practices. Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations. Participate in audits and evaluations of healthcare services provided. Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred. Valid nursing license in [Country/State]. Proven experience as a Senior Nurse or similar role, preferably in a corporate or BPO environment.
