The project: An integrated mountain resort project in Pampanga, Philippines. Located between Angeles city and New Clark city. Phase 1 works include development of an 18-hole championship golf course, banyan tree main building and resort villas, club house, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities.

Responsible for the package engineering of the MEP services delivery, health & safety and subcontractor performance and wellbeing, whilst liaising with the client, main contractor and consultants.
Provides support in the management of multiple sub-contractors, sub-sub-contractors and suppliers on small size projects and/or assisting project engineers on larger projects.
You'll be responsible for:
Works within the project team, under direction, communicating and coordinating with colleagues. Contributes in the analysis, rectification and completion of the MEP design, using engineering acumen and business's management processes. Assists in the coordination and liaising of project Sub-contractors, Sub-Subcontractors and Suppliers. Accountable for programme, HSW, cost and quality deliverables of their package or system. Supports in the coordination and management of the interfaces between packages. Liaises and coordinate with key project stake holders such as the Client, Design and Construction teams. Assists in the identification of risk and the production and implementation of mitigation plans. Supports in the incorporation of modern method of construction, learning about digital technologies and prefabrication. Contributes in the implementation of Mace's standards & project strategies. You'll also have:
Relevant Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent). Completed Apprenticeship (Trade/Technical) (or equivalent). Relevant BTECH / HNC (or working towards) Relevant CSCS Card. SMSTS Health & Safety Training. Experience in a M&E construction sector. The ability to undertake rule of thumb design/ basic design calculations during the analysis of designs. Basic knowledge of other specialisms (i.e. electrical), including installation techniques, engineering processes, prefabrication and best practice and single system commissioning requirements to ensure consideration, collaboration and co-ordination with other systems and packages. Basic knowledge of construction build elements, including sequencing and dependencies to ensure consideration, collaboration and co-ordination with build elements. Basic knowledge of commercial management to allow commercial control of a packages, inclusive of the procurement processes, change control, programme impact and cost to complete. Basic knowledge of planning processes and management, with sufficient understanding of key construction release requirements, critical path, tasks / works scheduling and commissioning activities to allow for planning and control of the of a packages or systemss from Pre-construction through to Practical Completion. Knowledge of health, safety & welfare core elements such as working from height, electrical safety, fire safety, logistics and lifting, to provide awareness and ensure application in the safe management of supply chain packages.
