DyCom SmartStaff is looking for a fully remote Mid Level to Senior Accountant which is a critical role to our business growth, culture, and operations.
**Please read through the complete ad before submitting your application** Salary Range: PHP50,000 to PHP65,000 per month Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end accounting process using Reckon QuickBooks (Account Hosted version), including the month-end closing of multiple entities and prepare financial reports
Perform Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations to identify errors and unusual transactions
Manage day-to-day finance functions such as invoicing, processing of bills, etc.
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and payment portals
Handle day-to-day communications with the client and other stakeholders
Preparation of fortnightly financial reports through a reporting and analysis tool
Responsible for the accurate preparation and timely filing of BAS and PAYG (Australia)
Work closely with the assigned client and perform accounting support/tasks as required such as client pricing, employee appraisal, supplier costing, and other accounting projects
Prepare budgets and forecasts and analyses revenue and cost trends
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and anomalies, and interpret the results thereof
Assist in payroll
Assist with Financial Paraplanning
Other accounting tasks as deemed
Qualifications : Chartered Accountant applicants are preferred.
Being a CPA is preferred but not a requirement.
At least 5 years work experience in a Financial / Management accounting position
Highly proficient with MYOB, Reckon QuickBooks (Desktop version) & Xero accounting tools (inc. Xero Practice/Tax)
Experience in Australian Annual Tax Returns is preferred
Knowledgeable in Australian Accounting is preferred
Has technical know-how in the preparation and review of data for BAS and PAYG
Can work with minimal guidance and supervision
Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills, both verbal and written
With highly developed and proven problem-solving skills
Takes ownership of and personal accountability for decisions and actions; can seek guidance and advice when needed
Highly adaptable and willing to learn how to use other task management and productivity applications
Has confidence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external

**Please read everything before submitting your application ** The Senior Marketing Specialist main responsibilities revolve around branding, market analysis and campaign creation. He/she is responsible in overseeing the end-to-end management of campaigns and pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, and conversion. As a senior marketing specialist, your duties will include analyzing competitor behaviour, identifying market trends, and increasing our market share.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate a great track record in managing product marketing, interpreting marketing metrics and copywriting.

Prioritize campaigns based on profitability and deliverability.
Identify opportunities and prepares proposal for prospective clients.
Assist in creating lead generation strategies.

Qualifications : Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Marketing Specialist.
Digital marketing experience is a plus.
