Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to the clients dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing automation strategies to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, data analysis, and campaign management.

Key Job Responsibilities: Campaign Development and Management: Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and in-game messaging.Develop and optimize marketing workflows, sequences, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing players.Customer Segmentation: Analyze player data to segment the audience into targeted groups based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.Create personalized marketing strategies for different player segments to maximize engagement and conversion.Behavioral Triggers: Set up and manage automated responses and personalized offers based on player actions such as sign-ups, in-game purchases, and achievements.Continuously monitor and adjust triggers to improve relevance and effectiveness.Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve ROI.Content Personalization: Leverage player data to deliver personalized content and recommendations across marketing channels.Optimize content based on player feedback and engagement metrics.Loyalty Programs: Implement and manage automated loyalty programs to reward and retain players.Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance player loyalty.Integration and Coordination: Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
