Position: Senior Marketing Assistant

Location: Pasig

Salary: 18,000-19,000

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's/College Degree holder, at least 1 year of experience in administrative functions
Skills: Mall Operation, Administrative functions, Mall Management
Technical Skills, Microsoft Office, SAP System
Having a skill in editing would be a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Senior Marketing Assistant is a results-oriented marketing professional who provides comprehensive support to the marketing team. This role combines administrative excellence with creative and analytical skills to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Answer phones and greet visitors
Collecting and compiling reply slip from tenants
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications such as memos emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical - Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Process billings and monitor payables
Assist in Marketing events/competitor check
Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Report for duty even on weekends and holidays, if needed
