Job DescriptionAs a Senior Marketing Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the company's online presence and engaging with a passionate local customer base. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your creative flair across various digital platforms, from social media management to website updates and email marketing. This role offers a perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on content creation, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the business's growth. Responsibilities Craft and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business, producing at least 3 posts per week Maintain and update the company website, ensuring information and visuals are current and appealing Design and distribute a weekly newsletter to 7,000 local customers, driving engagement and sales Create eye-catching marketing collateral using Canva, including brochures, pamphlets, and order forms Foster community engagement across social media platforms, responding to comments and messages Conduct regular competitor research and analysis, providing insights to inform marketing strategies Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with influencers, chefs, and other relevant partners in the food industry Assist in developing and managing online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions Contribute creative ideas for potential viral content, exploring new platforms like TikTok Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and style Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and promotions to boost sales and brand awareness Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the food or retail industry Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Canva and other design tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across various digital platforms Basic understanding of SEO principles and their application in content creation Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter design Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report on social media metrics Strong attention to detail and capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment Passion for food and retail, with the ability to translate this enthusiasm into compelling content Creativity and adaptability, with a willingness to explore new trends and platforms in digital marketing Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_18099_JOB
