We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Talent Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent marketing strategies to attract top talent to our organization. You will work closely with recruitment, business, and market research teams to create effective campaigns and initiatives that align with our hiring needs and goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive talent marketing strategies by conducting thorough conversations with recruitment, business, and market research teams. Analyse past campaign data to inform strategy development, including creating engaging content, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate channels for effective outreach.
Play a pivotal role in the global planning process by providing valuable inputs and insights. Develop quarterly plans and budgets specifically tailored to initiatives in priority markets or areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Contribute to the execution of global programs by developing strategies that align with the organization's overarching objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, leveragingexpertise in talent marketing to drive impactful results.
Collaborate closely with the Paid Media and Social Media team to create impactful digital and traditional media campaigns. Utilize various platforms such as print, radio, TV, and out-of-home advertising to reach target audiences effectively. Develop strategies, identify target audiences, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
Ensure that talent marketing initiatives are closely aligned with the organization's hiring needs and goals. Collaborate with HR, recruitment teams, and local business stakeholders to understand talent requirements across different business units. Develop strategies that effectively attract and engage the right candidates, utilizing data analytics and market research to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices in talent marketing. Incorporate findings into strategy development and campaign execution to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in talent acquisition efforts.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
In-depth knowledge of the talent landscape in the Philippines and neighbouring markets, including key drivers, preferred channels, and resonant content.
Proven experience in talent marketing with a strong emphasis on platforms like TikTok.
Extensive understanding of out-of-home branding and creative concepts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective partnerships with HR, recruitment teams, and local business stakeholders.
Analytical mindset, skilled in leveraging data analytics and market research to inform decisions.
Strong relationship-building abilities to establish and maintain partnerships with local key opinion formers such as universities, government institutes, and industry bodies.
Familiarity with employer branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational values and culture.
Proactive and innovative approach to leading local messaging and executing strategies.
Up to date with current digital trends and best practices.
Experience in managing and overseeing events and programs.
Ability to share insights and best practices with the team.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
