Job Description In your new role you will: Accountable and Responsible for overall Production Logistics & Planning functions of PLAT Segment, modules QFP+, LPL & DPAK Set-up & oversee PLP team covering Planning, Tracking, Reporting & Logistic Process Close collaboration with UPE, SO, QM and IE to focus on delivery stability, fast Lot On hold disposition to ensure we meet delivery KPIs Close collaboration with 3 segments/ 2 sites.
Ensure effective and efficient WIP Flow management within Segments (PLA/PLT/TS) Keep track on weekly execution targets and ensure monthly FRFC cost target is met.
Drive productivity project and standardizing practices within Segment (PLA/PLT) Harmonize & standardize PC Planning Tool & Systematic Partner and align with DIVs/Operations an executional commitment to match the next 26 wks demand scenario with the aligned priority.
Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree in Business/ Business Administration/ Economics or related discipline Minimum of 10 years' experience in Planning / Production role preferably in semiconductor environment.
In depth knowledge needed for BEST, Production Program , Moving bottleneck as part of daily work - Able to interpret, analyze & feedback.
In depth knowledge on Planning Tool, MES Tool- PMAPS, FP_START plan.
SPL_UI, RAP_UI, AWI, STAREP , Prior to support Demand, Delivery & WIP, KPI analysis.
Good knowledge for WIP management to achieve Range Target In depth knowledge needed to manage delivery deviation eg preparation of Catch up Plan , Early Warning Process, Fast track , Allocation Handling , Escalation Process.
Good understanding of Planning parameter for better planning effectiveness eg : OEE , UPH , Capacity Calendar , Planning cycle time , yield , TFM knowledge Good interpersonal skills & able to interact effectively with various levels of people.
